Sourced exclusively from the Quebrada Seca vineyard in D.O. Limarí (planted 2009), at 22km from the Pacific with clay-calcareous soils and coastal fog (camanchaca), grapes ripen slowly for acidity and concentration. Barrel-fermented with partial new French oak (similar to prior vintages), aged 12 months, yielding 13.5% alcohol and a structured, saline profile suited to medium-term aging.
Tasting Notes
Pale yellow with golden reflections; intense aromas of toasted marshmallow, peanuts, pear, peach, fresh lemon, rock salt, crushed chalk, and matchstick; on the palate it is creamy and citric with oily texture, saline freshness, fennel, ginger, green apple, acacia, and linden blossom, delivering broad, refreshing persistence and fine balance.
