100% Sangiovese

Soil:
Mostly loam and clay from alluvial and marl and limestone

Altitude:
From 280 to 310 meters a.s.l.

Vineyard:
From 22 to 12 years old

Training system:
Spurred Cordon, high density vineyards, organic farming

VINIFICATION:
Cold soaked prior to fermentation for color and aromatics. Spontaneous fermentation occurred in temperaturecontrolled stainless steel, with 10 days on the skins. The Sangiovese was specially selected for fruit and freshness.

AGING:
French oak barrel (10-50 Hl) for a few months.

TASTING NOTES:
