Batasiolo Bosc D’la Rei Moscato d’Asti 2020

Batasiolo Bosc D’la Rei Moscato d’Asti 2020

From the esteemed Beni di Batasiolo winery in La Morra, Piedmont, the Bosc D’la Rei Moscato d’Asti 2020 is a charming, lightly sparkling white. Crafted from 100% Moscato Bianco, sourced from vineyards on chalky, calcareous soils in Asti, it’s hand-harvested and gently pressed. Fermented in stainless steel, it offers a pale straw hue with slight effervescence, reflecting Batasiolo’s dedication to quality.

Winemaking Process

Batasiolo’s careful craftsmanship defines this wine. The 2020 vintage undergoes gentle pressing and low-temperature fermentation in stainless steel, halted early to retain natural sweetness and delicate bubbles. No malolactic fermentation preserves vibrant fruit, creating a refreshing, aromatic Moscato d’Asti with low alcohol and a balanced, sweet profile, ideal for dessert pairings.
