From Damilano in Piedmont’s Barolo, the Cerequio 2011 is a refined 100% Nebbiolo from the Cerequio MGA in La Morra on sandy-loam-clay soils. Fermented at controlled temperature for 20 days and aged at least 24 months in French oak barrels, it is vegan-friendly, offering a ruby-garnet hue with vibrant complexity.
