From the steep right-bank slope celebrated as Chablis' finest premier cru, Collet's old vines on Kimmeridgian limestone yield this linear, taut 2023 with wild ferment and oak aging in used Burgundy barrels. The site's south-facing exposure and Portlandian cap deliver classic tension and complexity.
Tasting Notes

Nose: White peach, pear, citrus zest, acacia blossom, oyster shell and stone.
-
Palate: Medium-full body, ripe citrus, stony earth, minerality and energy.
-
Finish: Long with lime zest, structure and saline persistence.
Awards and Accolades
- 89-91 Points - Jasper Morris' Inside Burgundy "Now blended into tank, having been entirely vinified in wood. Mid lemon yellow. Perhaps the wood is a little more marked here. Good bright fruit in the middle with vibrant acidity but the wood is indeed less well integrated, for now. Drink from 2027-2032. Tasted Jul 2024."
Serving and Cellaring
Serve at 11–13°C with oysters, seafood or goat cheese; cellars 8–15 years.
