From the Veauchassy parcel with South/South-West exposure on Kimmeridgian clay soils in the Irancy amphitheatre, this Pinot Noir benefits from manual harvest, cold maceration and 16 months oak aging. The stony limestone soils and Yonne river protection yield classic northern Burgundy structure with red fruit purity.
