(Jasper Morris Inside Burgundy Score 92) In bottle. A fraction paler and tighter on the nose, after bottling. A pretty trace of wood, a little touch of the exotic, the thicker texture of all Valentin's wines this year, generous yellow fruit, low but adequate acidity, no heat though and maybe a saline note to finish. Tasted: 10/1/2021.
