A white-pressed Pinot Noir from 40-year-old vines from Roxheimer Höllenpfad in Mühlenberg, a VDP. Harvested by hand. Aged in 60-year-old barrels, then classic bottle fermentation – Mêthode Champenoise. This is then stored in the winery cellar stored and hand disgorged after ageing on lees for at least 50 months. A perfect aperitif and a great accompaniment to various dishes.
