We have been producing GG RÉSERVE wines from the large sites Wehlener Sonnenuhr, Ürziger Würzgarten and Erdener Prälat since the 2011 vintage. With their soil formations - blue slate, volcanic rock and red slate - these three layers with their real-root vines form the quintessence of the locations of our winery. Only healthy grape material from the best plots, hand-picked and selected, is fermented spontaneously in old barrel barrels and matures in it for 36 months without racking on the full yeast and 24 months in the bottle. Only then do the wines go on sale.
