From Champagne Edouard Duval in France's Côte des Bar, the Brut d'Eulalie NV is a refined non-vintage Champagne blended predominantly from Pinot Noir (typically 77-89%) sourced from four old-vine parcels on upper hillside slopes, complemented by Chardonnay from the lieu-dit “L’épicea”.

A portion of the wines (approximately 10-25%) undergo fermentation and aging in Burgundian demi-muids, with the remainder in stainless steel tanks, followed by secondary fermentation in bottle using the traditional method to achieve fine effervescence and complexity.

Tasting Notes A graceful, Pinot Noir-dominant Champagne with toasted bread, green apple, pear, and citrus aromatics, offering a broad, balanced palate of peach, cherry, raw almond, and crisp pink grapefruit minerality. The nose displays green apple, pear, citrus, and subtle brioche. On the palate, it is elegant and vibrant, with fine bubbles, balanced dosage, and flavors of peach, cherry, and limestone minerality, leading to a crisp, persistent finish.

Awards and Accolades The Brut d'Eulalie NV earned 92 points from James Suckling for its fruity Pinot Noir expression with full body, creamy texture, and long, flavorful finish.

Serving and Cellaring Serve chilled at 8-10°C to highlight aromas. Ideal as an aperitif or paired with seafood appetizers, smoked salmon, or soft cheeses. Enjoy now through 2030, during which it will develop subtle nutty nuances.
