Sourced from the Bordini vineyard in Neive (south-facing calcareous marl and sandy soils). Hand-harvested Nebbiolo underwent temperature-controlled fermentation with extended maceration, followed by malolactic fermentation. Aged 12-14 months in large Slavonian oak casks, then 6 months bottle aging. The challenging 2021 vintage delivered precise, fresh Nebbiolo with balanced ripeness at 14% ABV.

Tasting Notes
Luminous garnet ruby; redcurrant, raspberry, violet, rose, liquorice, spice. Medium-full bodied with silky tannins, vibrant acidity, blue fruit, mineral freshness, and long elegant finish.
