Sourced from 15-20 year-old Nebbiolo vines (Ravera zone, limestone-clay soils at 250-300m). Destemmed grapes fermented in stainless steel with 40-day submerged cap maceration using indigenous yeasts, malolactic conversion. Aged 24 months in large Slavonian oak botti (30-50hl), then bottle-aged before release. Classic 2019 vintage delivered balanced, aromatic Barolos at 14.5% ABV; ~20,000 bottles produced.

Tasting Notes
Bright garnet ruby; crushed strawberry, red cherry, rose petal, anise, wild herbs, mineral dust. Medium-full bodied with crisp acidity, fine polished tannins, spice, and long refreshing mineral finish.
