Sourced from 1ha southeast-facing Vigna Elena vineyard at 380m on calcareous-clay soils with Nebbiolo Rosé clone (4,000 vines/ha, Guyot trained). Destemmed grapes fermented in temperature-controlled steel with 30-day submerged cap maceration using indigenous yeasts. Aged 36 months in 50hl Slavonian oak casks plus 60 days on lees, followed by 24 months bottle aging. Stellar 2018 vintage produced only 4,000 bottles at 14.5% ABV.

Tasting Notes
Brilliant garnet ruby; smoky tar, underbrush, crushed flowers, dried herbs, river stone, wild mushroom. Medium-bodied with high-toned fruit, polished glossy tannins, savory spice, and persistent mineral freshness.
