From Gaja’s Ca’Marcanda estate in Bolgheri, Tuscany, the Promis Toscana 2021 is a refined blend of 55% Merlot, 35% Syrah, and 10% Sangiovese. Sourced from clay and loam soils in Castagneto Carducci, it’s hand-harvested and aged 12 months in French oak barrels, offering a ruby hue with vibrant complexity.
