Sourced from the Fossati cru (290-500m elevation, southeast exposure) on calcareous marl/clay soils, this 100% Nebbiolo undergoes spontaneous fermentation with long maceration in concrete tanks. Aged 4 years in 4500L Slavonian oak casks followed by 6 months bottle aging, it captures the site's floral/fruity character at 14.5% alcohol with classic Barolo structure.

Tasting Notes
Bright ruby red; complex aromas of black cherry jam, hibiscus, mint tea, star anise, wild herbs, and dried rose. Silky/plump palate shows fruity crispness, coating tannins, cinnamon, mocha, raspberry, and long savory finish with elegant freshness.
