Hand-picked from the estate's original vineyard (east/north/west aspects on poor soils), 100% whole-bunch pressed directly to French puncheons (25% new, Taransaud/Mercurey/Dargaud & Jaeglé), wild fermented with full lees, 15-20% malolactic, and 9 months maturation. Outstanding 2023 vintage delivered fruit concentration with bright acidity from cool conditions.

Tasting Notes

Aromas of lemon curd, candied lime zest, mandarins, flint, white peach, pear, nectarine, marine scents, green apple, almonds, yuzu, ginger biscuit, preserved lemon. Medium-bodied palate offers bright acidity, orange peel, hazelnuts, grapefruit pith, pralines, pastry, with polished tension, saline structure, and energetic nutty finish.
