From Glenelly Estate in South Africa’s Stellenbosch, the Lady May 2010 is a refined blend of 89% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Petit Verdot, and 1% Cabernet Franc from a 66-hectare vineyard on granitic soils in Ida’s Valley. Hand-sorted and fermented in stainless steel, it is aged 24 months in new French oak barrels, offering a dark garnet hue with vibrant complexity.
