From Domaine Henri Bourgeois in Chavignol, Loire Valley, the Sancerre Jadis Blanc 2022 is a refined Sauvignon Blanc from old vines on Kimmeridgian marl and silex soils in Sancerre. Hand-harvested from sustainable vineyards, it’s fermented in stainless steel and oak barrels and aged on fine lees, offering a green gold hue with vibrant complexity.
