From Domaine Henri Bourgeois in Chavignol, Loire Valley, the Sancerre Les Ruchons Blanc 2019 is a refined Sauvignon Blanc from a 1.03-hectare flint terroir in Vinon, Sancerre. Hand-harvested from sustainable vineyards, it’s fermented in stainless steel and oak barrels and aged on fine lees, offering a pale golden hue with vibrant complexity.
