This family estate offers a nice set of wines developed in a rather classic style and age well. Gilles, oenologist graduated from the University of Dijon, is engaged in the Burgundian viticulture; it leads the field into a model with plowing, control of yields, manual harvesting and farming in barrels. The estate has a beautiful array of night-saint-georges, including many premiers crus vinified separately. The wines are carefully crafted, rich and dense, with a beautiful vinous.
