Sourced from Les Tremblots vineyard with young vines from Lamy's signature high-density plantings (up to 20,000 vines/ha) on limestone-rich soils; biodynamic practices by Olivier Lamy emphasize concentration and terroir transparency. Whole-bunch pressed, barrel-fermented with minimal new oak, extended lees aging over two winters for tension and finesse in the ripe 2022 vintage at 13-13.5% alcohol.
Tasting Notes
Pale lemon; aromas of white peach, apple blossom, freshly baked bread, hazelnuts, citrus confit, pear, and gunflint. Medium to full-bodied palate is pure, racy, taut, electric with ample fruit core, terrific cut, mineral drive, vibrant acidity, and penetrating, persistent finish.
