From John Duval Wines in Australia’s Barossa Valley, the Plexus SGM 2022 is a refined blend of Shiraz, Grenache, and Mourvèdre from old vineyards in Krondorf, Ebenezer, Tanunda, and Light Pass. Fermented in stainless steel and aged 15 months in French oak hogsheads, it is vegan-friendly, offering a garnet-purple hue with vibrant complexity.
