Tasting Notes An elegant, mineral-driven white with vibrant citrus and creamy depth, reflecting Beaune’s limestone terroir. The nose reveals lemon zest, white peach, quince, and hints of flint and white flowers. On the palate, it is medium-bodied and poised, with bright acidity, silky texture, and flavors of citrus pith, green apple, and chalky minerality, leading to a long, refined finish.
