From Maison Joseph Drouhin in Chambolle-Musigny, Côte de Nuits, the Chambolle-Musigny 1er Cru Baudes 2021 is a refined Pinot Noir from a 0.33-hectare vineyard below Bonnes-Mares with east exposure. Sourced from organic and biodynamic vineyards on complex limestone soils of Jurassic origin, it’s hand-harvested and aged 14–18 months in French oak barrels (25% new), offering a bright ruby hue with delicate complexity.
