This vineyard, known for its steep slopes and limestone-rich soils with clay and marl, imparts finesse and complexity to the wine. Grapes are hand-harvested, partially destemmed, and fermented with indigenous yeasts in open-top vats to enhance aromatic purity, followed by 14-18 months of aging in French oak barrels (20% new) to balance fruit expression with subtle oak integration.
