Sourced exclusively from the 5-hectare Gallina vineyard in Neive on calcareous marl with prominent light-colored sand, planted to 55-year-old Nebbiolo vines at 250m elevation. Hand-harvested, traditional maceration of 15 days, fermented in temperature-controlled vats, then aged 20 months in 30% new French oak barriques plus 12 months in bottle (unfined/unfiltered), yielding a Riserva-level Barbaresco at 14.5% alcohol with classic structure and site transparency.

Tasting Notes
Bright ruby red; fragrant nose of wild strawberries, candied orange, raspberry, plum, violet, rose petal, licorice, star anise, dried earth, fresh herbs, and mocha. Medium-to-full bodied palate reveals jammy strawberry/raspberry, tree sap, sweet oak spice, velvety tannins, racy acidity, mineral grip, and a long, vivid, savory finish with floral persistence.
