Sourced from 50-55-year-old Nebbiolo vines in the Valeirano vineyard (Treiso) featuring calcareous soils with large drainage stones and south-facing slopes moderated by altitude. Hand-harvested, macerated 14-15 days with controlled fermentation, malolactic in French oak (20% new), aged 20-22 months in barriques then 3 months steel plus 6 months bottle (unfined/unfiltered) at 14.5% alcohol, noted for Treiso's racier profile and minerality.

Tasting Notes
Ruby red; aromas of rose petals, botanicals, cherries, dried peaches, tea leaf, balsamic notes, and complex floral/spicy layers. Full-bodied palate shows juicy/plush chewy tannins, ripe fruit concentration, racy minerality, phenomenal structure, noble tannins, and intense savory persistence.
