(Wine Advocate Score 87-89) A blend of 40% Semillon and 50% Sauvignon Blanc, harvested between the 3rd and 17th of September, the 2019 Lagrave-Martillac Blanc came in at yields of 50 hectoliters per hectare. The nose offers up plenty of straightforward spiced apples and poached pears scents with suggestions of shaved almonds and dill seed. Medium-bodied, the palate is crisp, pure and refreshing with a peppery lift on the finish.
