(Jasper Morris Inside Burgundy Score 90-94) ‘Cuvée de l’Ipomée’. Pale colour with light green reflections. Fresh clean bouquet, with some subtlety, not a blockbuster, perhaps the touch is too light. All about elegance though rather than dilution, with an amiable lemon scented finish.
