This cuvée blends fruit from Côte d'Or (Hautes Côtes de Beaune/Nuits), Côte Chalonnaise (Mercurey) and Auxerrois (Irancy) for complexity. Partly aged in steel tanks and oak barrels for 9-16 months depending on vintage, it captures slender structure and tannin from Côte de Nuits with rich fruit and freshness from Hautes Côtes.
