Located in the southern part of Burgundy, at the North limit of Beaujolais area, Pouilly-Fuissé is the top of the Mâconnais wines, in the heart of the great whites appellations (Fuissé, Pouilly-Loché, Pouilly-Vinzelles and Saint-Véran). The various wines are blended after a traditional vinification. Aging lasts 8 to 10 months in oak barrels from our cooperage or in stainless steel vats before being bottled.
