Louis Latour Meursault 2023

Louis Latour Meursault 2023

From the renowned Maison Louis Latour in Beaune, the Meursault 2023 is a refined white from Burgundy’s Côte de Beaune. Crafted from 100% Chardonnay, sourced from premier Meursault vineyards on limestone-clay soils, it’s hand-harvested and fermented in French oak barrels. Aged 8–10 months in oak (20% new), it reflects the vibrant 2023 vintage with a pale gold hue and elegant complexity.

Winemaking Process

Latour’s traditional approach defines this wine. The 2023 vintage undergoes fermentation in French oak barrels with full malolactic conversion, enhancing its creamy texture. Aging for 8–10 months in 20% new oak barrels adds subtle complexity while preserving fruit purity, creating a balanced Meursault with excellent finesse.
