From Domaine Michel Bouzereau et Fils in Burgundy’s Meursault, the 1er Cru Perrières 2020 is a refined 100% Chardonnay from a 0.5-hectare plot of old vines on stony, marly limestone soils. Fermented and aged in French oak barrels with 30% new oak for 16–18 months, it is vegan-friendly, offering a pale gold hue with vibrant complexity.

The nose reveals citrus zest, fresh hazelnut, and iodine, with hints of violet and nectarine. On the palate, it’s medium-bodied and intense, with bright acidity, a silky texture, and flavors of pear, almond, and a long, mineral finish.
