Crafted from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, sourced from clay, loam, and volcanic soils, it’s hand-harvested and fermented in stainless steel. Aged 6 months in French oak barrels, it offers a deep ruby hue and vibrant complexity, certified Fairtrade.
