(Allen Meadows' Burghound Score 91) There is enough unabsorbed sulfur to warrant a thorough aeration if you're going to try a bottle early on. Otherwise there is a notably finer mouth feel to the sleek, mineral-inflected and delicious flavors that possess a completely different texture, all wrapped in a balanced and sneaky long finish that slowly fans out as it sits on the palate.
