Beautiful gold green colour. Very expressive nose with slightly muscat notes, a little exotic. On the palate, the wine is very flattering, suave, with a beautiful minerality on the finish.

Vinification

Direct pressing, light settling, alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in oak barrels. Matured for 12 months in barrels and 6 months in stainless steel tanks. Racking, then light filtration before bottling. No gluing.
