From Paolo Scavino in Piedmont’s Barolo, the 2018 vintage is a refined 100% Nebbiolo from seven cru vineyards in Castiglione Falletto, Barolo, and Serralunga d’Alba on diverse soils. Fermented in stainless steel with indigenous yeasts and aged in neutral French oak, it is vegan-friendly, offering a ruby hue with vibrant complexity.
