(Jasper Morris Inside Burgundy Score 92-95) Attractive pale lemon and lime. The bouquet is in the baked apple range, which will be freshened up post sulphur addition. The wine retains its fresh core in the mouth though, showing a very slight youthful bitterness but with the class of a full bodied Charmes. The post-sulphur version has extra purity and tension.
