(Jasper Morris Inside Burgundy Score 90-92 on Vintage 2017) From the lower part of the 1er Cru sector of Monts Luisants. Compared to the village Morey there is greater density to the purple, and the nose suggests richer fruit too. While thoroughly ripe on the palate there remains this vibrant thread of acidity. Quite good length. Tasted: November 2018.
