(Jasper Morris Inside Burgundy Score 87-90) Dense purple, slightly cooked nose, big powerful chunky red wine, some apple notes in the middle along with the dark red fruit, which stretches out well at the finish. This is a relatively high octane wine but copes nonetheless. Tasted: November 2020.
