From The Starting Point in China’s Ningxia, the Amphora Orange Wine 2021 is a refined 100% Riesling from vineyards on sandy soils. Hand-harvested and fermented with natural yeast in buried clay amphoras, it employs natural winemaking practices, offering a medium amber hue with vibrant complexity.
