Sourced from heritage vineyards—Roussanne (Stellenbosch/Paardeberg, 14yo decomposed granite/clay), Chenin Blanc (Paardeberg 44yo granite/Malmesbury iron-rich, Malmesbury 40yo), Chardonnay (Ceres Plateau 10yo sandstone/clay), Semillon Blanc (Swartland 60/14yo alluvial), Clairette Blanche (Worcester 45yo alluvial)—whole-bunch pressed, naturally fermented in Austrian/French oak barrels, matured on lees and bottled unfiltered at 13.63% ABV, 2.3 g/L RS, 5.9 g/L TA, pH 3.29.​

Serving and Cellaring
