Crafted at Tiansai Vineyards in Yanqi Basin, northern foot of Tianshan Mountains, from organic Chardonnay vines on alluvial, sandy soils at 1,100m elevation with continental dry climate (70mm rain, 3,000 sunlight hours/year). Hand-harvested grapes undergo temperature-controlled fermentation, followed by 6-8 months aging in French oak barrels for texture and complexity, yielding a dry style around 13-13.5% alcohol.
Tasting Notes
Pale golden with green highlights, it offers aromas of ripe peach, pineapple, citrus, pear, vanilla, toasted nuts, and flinty minerality. The palate is medium- to full-bodied with lush tropical fruit, creamy texture, zesty acidity, subtle oak, and a crisp, saline finish.
Serving and Cellaring
Serve at 10-12°C in a white wine glass after light chilling; decant briefly if desired. Enjoy young for freshness or cellar 2-5 years; pairs with seafood, poultry, pork, vegetarian dishes, and light Asian cuisine.
