Terroir & Winemaking Craft
- The "Tre Vigne" Asti Terroir: Sourced from three distinct, prized vineyard sites in Agliano Terme and neighboring villages within the Barbera d'Asti DOCG. Grown on limestone and clay-marl soils, the Asti terroir gives Barbera its hallmark high natural acidity, vibrant red fruit drive, and aromatic brightness.
- Traditional Vietti Vinification: Cold maceration followed by temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks. The wine is aged for approximately 12 months in a combination of large Slavonian oak casks (*botte*), French oak barrels, and stainless steel, ensuring soft, approachable tannins while keeping the pure, crisp red fruit profile front and center.
