Sourced from Domaine William Fevre's 2.24ha across multiple plots in Montée de Tonnerre (Pied d'Aloup, Chapelot, Côte de Bréchain) on Kimmeridgian limestone soils, these old vines yield concentrated fruit. 40-50% fermented in used French oak barrels (average 6 years old), balance in stainless steel; aged 13-14 months including 5-6 months on fine lees in oak for the barrel portion, then finished in tank. Bottled at 13% alcohol, emphasizing purity, minerality, and site expression through sustainable viticulture.

Tasting Notes

Complex bouquet of floral, fruity aromas with intense mineral notes; smoky scents frame apple, citrus fruit, fresh tarragon, and white stone fruit. Taut entry with orange zest, peach, acacia, citrus, and mineral reduction; structured yet refined palate shows chalky tension, stony detail, lively acidity, and a precise, mouthwatering finish.
