Sourced from southeast-facing Erste Lage parcels in Gundersheim with limestone and clay-limestone soils. Biodynamically farmed (Respekt certified), hand-harvested grapes underwent whole-cluster spontaneous fermentation. Matured 12 months in used 228L barriques and neutral oak fass, unfiltered. Low yields emphasize terroir transparency and finesse over power.

Tasting Notes
Light ruby; wild strawberry, raspberry, rose hip, forest floor, smoked tea, chalk dust. Medium-bodied with silky tannins, bright cherry fruit, earthy minerality, subtle oak spice, and clean mineral finish.
