Grape: 2/3 Syrah, 1/3 Marselan

A combination of two southern French varieties. The flavor is a bit like Saint Joseph mixed with Cornas. The elegant aroma is like Saint Joseph, and the warm taste is close to Cornas. Both varieties are whole-bunch fermented, naturally fermented, without temperature control, and aged in old barrels for one year.
