Yalumba Samuel's Collection Eden Valley Chardonnay 2022
From Yalumba in South Australia’s Eden Valley, the Samuel's Collection Chardonnay 2022 is a refined 100% Chardonnay from the High Eden estate vineyard on limestone soils. Fermented with 52% in French oak barriques and the rest in stainless steel using wild yeast, it is vegan-friendly and Sustainable Winegrowing Australia certified, offering a pale straw hue with vibrant complexity.

A vibrant, elegant white with rich fruit and creamy finesse, showcasing Eden Valley’s terroir.
The nose reveals pink grapefruit, peach, and citrus zest, with hints of candied lemon and subtle oak. On the palate, it’s medium-bodied and creamy, with balanced acidity, a silky texture, and flavors of melon, stone fruit, and a long, refreshing finish.
