Francois Carillon

The François Carillon estate, created in 2010, is the legacy of a long family history which has its origins in the 16th century in Puligny-Montrachet (Cote d'Or). Located in the heart of the village, the farm now covers around fifteen hectares in the municipalities of Puligny-Montrachet, Chassagne-Montrachet and Saint-Aubin. The estate produces more than fifteen different appellations, mainly in Chardonnay.

Between passion and precision, the ambition of the François Carillon estate is to produce fine, elegant and gourmet wines, representative of the exceptional terroirs from which they come. Present on the greatest tables in the world, the white wines of François Carillon are also praised by the specialized press, which praises their accuracy and their balance.
