Hand-harvested grapes from the balanced 2021 vintage—marked by moderate conditions yielding concentrated yet vibrant fruit—undergo fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks with 14-16 days of maceration, followed by 24 months' aging in large Slavonian oak casks to enhance structure and purity. This limited-production (8,000 bottles) flagship emphasizes sustainable viticulture, yielding a deep ruby wine with garnet edges and harmonious depth.
Tasting Notes An elegant, structured red with ripe dark fruit and refined spice, reflecting Chianti Classico’s limestone terroir. The nose reveals black cherry, violet, graphite, and hints of licorice and balsamic herbs.
